Celebrating Illinois Valley’s Excellence in Sports

The preservation and promotion of the local athletics history and tradition is important for any community, and the Illinois Valley is no different. Since 2019, Shaw Media has worked with the community to honor outstanding achievements of Illinois Valley’s greatest athletes.

The Hall of Fame welcomed its newest members – luminaries in local sports history, one and all – on June 12th during its 2025 induction ceremony at The Auditorium Ballroom in La Salle.
